Kohlrabi Recipes / Eating suggestions

  1. Peel and slice, eat. Dip in Ranch Dressing, if desired
  2. Chop into matchstick size piece and add to any fresh tossed salad
  3. Shred and add to coleslaw
  4. Roasted:  Chop into large piece, toss in olive oil, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; roast at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.  Add garlic scapes for extra flavor.
