Emerald Sesame Kale


2 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced fesh ginger
2 cloves garlic
2 bunches kale, stems removed, chopped
1 teaspoon soy sauce or tamari
1 teaspoon sesame seeds


Heat oils over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and saute for one minute.
Add chopped kale and saute for four minutes (if it sticks to the pan, sprinkle water on top)
Add tamari/soy sauce and sesame seeds.
