Curried Kale with Lamb Chops


1 onion

6c water

4 cloves garlic minced

2T curry powder

2-4 lamb chops

Salt and pepper

2 bay leaves

1 bunch kale

1c dry garbanzo beans

Brown lamb chops. Remove from pan and add onion. Carmelize onion by cooking on medium low until lightly browned. Add garlic and cook for 2 mins. Place lamb, bay leaves, garbanzo beans, curry, salt, pepper, and water into pot. Simmer on medium low for 1-2 hours. Add water as necessary. Chop kale and cook in mix before serving
