What is "braising mix"? It's a delicious blend of green mustard, red mustard, kale, tatsoi, & hon tsai tai.Great for a simple and yummy stir fry!

Drop into boiling salted water for two minutes, or until nearly tender. Drain well.
Heat canola oil in a wok, add ginger for 1 minute, add garlic, 30 seconds. Sit in greens and cook for 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with soy sauce and a *small amount of toasted sesame oil, cooking for one more minute. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
