Kale Chips

Desired amount of Kale, Olive Oil, Favorite Seasoning. Directions: Cut the spine off of each Kale leaf. Cut into smaller pieces. Coat with olive oil and desired seasoning (ex. salt.) Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place coated kale chips on cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes until crispy. Store in an air-tight container. Tip: We use aerosol olive oil to prevent the kale chips from getting soggy.
